Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away was amazing and yet awkward. Having seen a couple of shows on stage, it was quite different to watch on-screen. The acrobatics are phenomenal as always. I can’t tell you how many times we both said, “That’s crazy!” But at the same time, some of the acts seemed disjointed from one another. Still, all in all, we enjoyed the experience. I am forever in awe of the talent and skill of the performers and I cannot imagine how much they must have to practice to perfect the routines. Simply mind-blowing.
Last week we also headed to the theater and watched the new Oz movie, in 3D. It was good. Very good. Not blow-us-away amazing, but we enjoyed it. Really not much I can say about it without giving away some of the new story so I’ll simply say, if you enjoy the Wizard of Oz tale, it’s worth watching this new idea behind how Oz became the Great Oz. 🙂
You have nothing to fear so long as you believe. For when you believe, anything is possible.
