Busted! (Licking the plastic frantically.)
Milo has a knack for avoiding the camera but I caught him in the act the other day. He was going to town, licking the bags. (I even got some video of it.) I don’t know what he gets from it but he’s always had a strange fascination with plastic.
Olli on the other hand has developed a bad habit of drinking from the toilet. Um, what?
Apparently the filtered water in the moving water fountain that I’ve been providing for the past 6 years just isn’t cutting it anymore. I can’t imagine what nutrients he could be getting from toilet water; or what flavors he’s attracted to. Ewww!
If a cat spoke, it would say things like, ‘Hey, I don’t see the problem here’.

Rarely do I see the boys, both at ease, this close to one another. Milo must have been feeling particularly needy or lonely when I caught this uneasy treaty earlier this week.
Although, I don’t know that I should necessarily call him “at ease” here.
He’s still quite alert and annoyed at my photography.
Olli on the other hand, could care less. King of the pillow.
Interestingly, I found Milo bogarting the pillow today!
Touché Milo. Touché.

Olli can JUMP.
I had no idea. Tubby little guy can really get some air.
I’ve been trying like crazy to get some good pictures of these fantastic aerial feats.
But it’s difficult!
I even bought a remote for the camera to allow me to set the camera on the tripod and activate it from the floor while I play with him. Milo watches but rarely gets involved. I can get him to jump too, but he’s always been a jumper since he was a kitten. This past month is the first time I ever saw Olli jump. And he launches himself in the air. It’s rather cute.
He does tend to clam up a bit when I’ve got the camera flashing and clicking in the background though. I only get a few chances and then he’s done.
And…that’s it for today.
A cat can purr its way out of anything.
